The Stewardship School’s
Wholistic Curriculum
Sowing seeds for beauty & medicine.
The journey of self-discovery begins with idea.
Have you asked:
“I see a lot of suffering on Earth; within the environment, people & animals, how can I possibly make a difference?”
“How can I overcome anxiety and stress to experience health of body and mind?”
“What is this Life about? Why am I in this world? Who Am I?
We asked these questions ourselves, and came to the solutions:
Harness power within you to make a difference in the world
Practice skills that cultivate inner & outer well being
Connect to the authentic self & unlock your unique gifts
Wholistic Curriculum
At Stewardship School, not only do students learn to cultivate fruitful gardens, they cultivate themselves to create a fruitful life.
To inspire & guide the next generation of Stewards & Healers, we designed a Wholistic Curriculum to teach Permaculture Design & Yoga Philosophy.
Students will have the chance to reestablish a relationship with Nature, community and their inner Self. With proper education, there is a real opportunity to explore Life’s great Mystery.
The Wholistic Curriculum unifies the Inner & Outer Worlds
Become the Creator of your own Journey
Stewardship School is designed to guide students through a Journey of Self Mastery.
Too often, institutions & cultural workplaces train youth to fulfill the needs of business interests. They are given skills that may be suitable for the workplace, but students are left unable to manage their emotional & mental health or find fulfillment in daily life.
As students learn practical skills, they are assigned tailor made practices in Mindfulness & Mental Health. The Inner & Outer worlds are not separate.
We provide a new of relating to self and community through mentorship that offers a compassionate approach and inviting place for young adults. This is an ideal environment for students to find confidence and purpose.
Students will be empowered, given increased freedoms and responsibilities in the curriculum to encourage interdependence. This is the foundation for their bigger adventure; the Journey of Self-Discovery

This is not just "gardening as work". Rather, tending to the land to garden our own bodies, minds & spirits.
We can cultivate a true sense of fulfillment & satisfaction for ourselves and our communities.
Deeper Layers of Stewardship
Dormant, under the weeds of cultural identifications, destructive habits & conditioned personality is the seed for the beautiful & unique You; the Sacred Self.
Who is the Sacred Self?
Stewards Cultivate the Sacred Self
The Wholistic Curriculum provides the guidance & support necessary for students to Know, Heal & Embody their Sacred Self.
The Sacred Self is our highest potential and sharing this inner quality with the world is what we call our Medicine Bundle.
At your core, who are you really? Is there an innate desire to express yourself in a way that brings joy to yourself and others? Sharing the gift that only you could bring into the world?
Sharing your Medicine Bundle is sharing your one-of-a-kind, authentic expression of compassion and wisdom. In this Bundle is creativity, love, insight, in the ways only you could share.
Stewardship is one of many paths that people fell drawn to. It is an artform and a science that involves gardening the Outer & Inner Landscapes. In the world, Stewards see the potential in landscape to produce abundance through gardens, food forests, shelters, earthworks and animals.
They can also see this in themselves, they can see how inner practices sprout the seed of their Sacred Self. A Steward carries an open heart with a beautiful wish: to manifest this highest potential, in order to benefit their community & family!
Outer Methods
Being in service to our community is the greatest education. Stewardship teaches practical, hands-on hard skills in the Landscape & in the Home. Depending on the time of year & our current projects, students participate in:
Design, installation & maintenance of gardens. Transforming bare ground into a thriving ecosystems.
Work on existing structures and build new structures. Using hands tool, new & used materials to build tiny houses and maintain current structures.
Using the 12 Permaculture Principals to dictate how we interact with the landscape and our outer life (our job, family & community)
connecting with Nature through fire building, camp cooking, swimming, plant identification
